The Eat Good, Sleep Good, Train Good Challenge has drawn to a close, hopefully everyone enjoyed some (sensible) celebrations over the weekend. Get all the sheets signed off and in the tub by Tuesday and Ill aim to have the final results graphed up in the next couple of days
