Bit of a 3 part special tonight – first we’re going to be covering pullups, those still in pursuit of a decent kipping pullup we’ll be working on that. Those a little stronger on the bar will have some fun variations to play round with… Then we’ll be building on the pistols (SLS – single leg squats) from friday night and some rope skills to finish.
Workout
General -
10 mins max kipping pullups/practice
Advanced -
AMRAP (unscaled – only count unbroken rounds on the bar)
1 archer pullup (l & r)
2 L-pullups or 2 front lever pulls your choice
3 dead hang pullups
4 CTB kipping pullups

Found blisters all over my hands after trying those kipping pullups!
thats cos u were trying to rip the pullup bar off the wall with ur unadulterated beastness
for the pullup AMRAP I had kev, jas, steve, josh and the king going rexd and all around the 5 -6 round mark, Im a little dark about kev snaffling thru to a new record of 120 continuous double unders, Ill use it as motivation to get busy on the rope and go for 150

Hey Ben, Kev told me after the workout that he just stopped at 120 so you didn’t look too bad. He said he has an easy 200 continuous in him. Time for a double under face off between you two i think!
