We’re skipping over pyramid Helen, that will appear later in the week and moving on to the deadlift, pistol, double under wod. Now it was a 7min AMRAP at the games, Ive decided to change it a bit so you can all feel like winners… instead of 7mins we’ll be doing as many rounds as the winner – Rich Froning Jnr did and seeing how long it takes to get the equivalent amount of work done. I’m not gonna lie. I really DIDN’T feel like a winner during those deadlifts Ben.
Good workout though.
You feel like a winner after the workout Nath. That sort of joyous feeling associated with surviving a near death experience.

Still feeling the effects of this one
You know, because our run was a little bit longer, I think if you take off 8 or 9 minutes to compensate for that, we’re pretty close to catching Rich…
we’ll have to redo it with the shorter run, I also reckon if I had a buddy lee rope I would kill it, oh and if I could belt out pistols as well and be able to do the deadlift unbroken every round…
Don’t forget having Spealler next to you doing the WoD too. You know, so you have someone to pace off of…
