Its time for a new benchmark of the month, this time round it is high on the gymnastics movements. For those that are already fairly strong with the movements the idea will obviously be to get as many rounds as possible done but for those that perhaps arent so slick with the movements yet the aim of the game will be complete the workout with the least amount of scaling.
A reminder that our Eat Good, Sleep Good, Train Good Challenge does commence as of Monday 6th, if you havent put your name on the signup sheet at the gym you need to do so ASAP, this is a fantastic opportunity to get some good results without having to make drastic lifestyle changes (and possibly make a few $$ in the process)
