WOD 2/2/12 _mary


but can she dunk is the question.

Its time for a new benchmark of the month, this time round it is high on the gymnastics movements. For those that are already fairly strong with the movements the idea will obviously be to get as many rounds as possible done but for those that perhaps arent so slick with the movements yet the aim of the game will be complete the workout with the least amount of scaling.

A reminder that our Eat Good, Sleep Good, Train Good Challenge does commence as of Monday 6th, if you havent put your name on the signup sheet at the gym you need to do so ASAP, this is a fantastic opportunity to get some good results without having to make drastic lifestyle changes (and possibly make a few $$ in the process)

20mins AMRAP
5 HSPU
10 Pistols
15 Pullups

    5+17 scaling: kipping and COVP pullups.

    HSPU and pistols done pretty fast, but massive road block at the pullups; painfully slow, mostly in singles.

    and no, of course she can’t dunk, she’s white (that’s right, I went there).

    I think Mary and everyone else slept on this morning. Lucy and I had the whole gym to ourselves!

    i totally slept in dwayne – my alarm went off and i rolled right over and back to sleep :( and AGAIN this morn. with 8hours sleep too!

    also – i so wanted to be a rhythmic gymnast, but that is the craziest n coolest routine!!!!
