Okay the public holiday is behind us so its time to get right back on the training train. The CrossFit Games Open only has 2 more weeks to go and registrations for the first Fit Wars event of 2012 opens up tommorrow so its all happening!

    Cautious weights on the back squat 70-90kg. Back still not 100%.
    7:05 for finisher. Love the Man Maker. Still feel like a little boy though….maybe I did them wrong?

    The last six Man Makers were good and speedy-ish.
