Fit Wars is back in 2012! Our first event for the year is going to be held on Sunday April 22nd at Nazareth Secondary College on Holbrooks Road (the old UniSA campus), its a nice indoor/outdoor venue which means we wont be at the mercy of the weather. If you’ve been participating in the CrossFit Games Open this is the perfect way to complement the work you’ve put in and put yourself to the test and it will also be the perfect primer for those heading over to the Regionals in May.

Registration officially opens today, head to register online here , the last event reached capacity and we suspect this one will be no different so if you thinking about entering then get in asap (get off the fence and commit yourself!).  There will be Open male and female divisions as well as Intermediate Male and female divisions, note : we have increased the rego costs from last year but this year all competitors recieve a FIT WARS – COMPETITOR shirt as part of their rego.

We’ll be releasing more details as we get closer to the eventso stayed tuned here and also to the Fit Wars facebook page (which you have Liked right?).  We always appreciate any help we can get on the day so if anyone wants to volunteer to help with setup/pack down and judging let me know either here or via ben@crossfitadelaide.com – we will be running a roster system on the judging for this years event so you will know beforehand where you need to be and when and hopefully we will only need each judge for 1 event (ie you will be rostered to do all of Event 1 but then free for the rest of the day).
