12.4 get amongst it!
Tommorrow it it time for the CrossFit Games Open 12.4, its the 2nd to last week of the qualifying process. Nice zinger of a workout this week, convieniently we had a whole lot of double under practice yesterday and muscle up work on wednesday… We’ll be running thru tidy and efficient wall ball technique today as well as a bit more double under work and finally the finer points of muscle ups under fatigue.

Very happy with 7 MU for 247.
Also very happy to still be able to stand upright after the hill runs in the avo. Fun times.
Great score Steve, you did very well for such a tough workout….just goes to show if you can do MU’s everything else is easy…one day I’ll experience what that might be like!!

i ended up with 3 and my first proper muscle ups from a turned out position at the bottom. i even kipped them!
