Reminder that it is Easter this weekend and there will be no sessions on Friday, normal on Saturday and we are going to have Open Gym from 9:30-11am on the Monday, so there will be a workout up on the board that you can make your way thru in your own time or with whoever else happens to be hanging around.
Note : there is quite a lot of skill based work in the warmup for todays session

Endro session was good but tough. Hundreds of metres of farmers walk involved among other stuff. I didn’t score very well, but my running became more technically correct toward the end.
Completed all pullups and T2B as strict as possible.
L-sit was almost non existant, lower back still cactus after sunday.
