
Should give a congratulations to our Eat Good, Sleep Good Challenge Winners, Male winner being Josh TH Whitham and Female winner being Jenny Master of Disaster Kemp. Both were extremely diligent rocking their way to perfect scores over the whole Challenge and both have reaped the rewards of staying on course with strong CrossFit Games Open performances. Well done to all those that managed to stay with the Challenge the whole time and hopefully all learnt something about themselves (and self discipline..) Coming into winter and the colder months it is super important to stay motivated and keep setting yourselves goals to stay on track, dont be part of the apathetic majority that hibernates over winter then looks for a get fit quick plan when spring rolls around.
Note – Full Results will be printed out shortly so you can see where the wheels fell off and btw each of the winners recieves $425 for their efforts – not a bad bit of incentive to go to bed and actually sleep at night…
Another congratulations to Tristan for taking out the Showride Challenge with 107 cals and scores himself a free 90min massage, the Challenge raised $200 to help send Jenny on her way to CrossFit Games Masters domination in LA come July (if you did your time on the bike but didnt come good with the $$ please stuff into Jennys shorts asap)

Nice work Jenny and Josh. My envy for your discipline is a toxic green. $400 can buy lots of beer and chocolate! But seriously, the results and performances that both have achieved lately shows how important commitment is to achieving high standards. Train Good, Eat Good, Sleep Good = All Good.
