    50/50/50kg
    50/60/70kg
    60kg for all reps
    2 rests using 32kg bells

    35/35/35
    35 for all sets OHS
    35 but broke at 7 on the second set
    4 breaks with 32kg bells = 10 burpees! (230m)

    70 felt good, just didn’t finish the pull on the 2nd one and it went forward.

    60 rx for OHS

    250m with 32’s, 4 breaks and swole forearms.
