    80/80/80/80

    Meant to do 70kg, but used the wrong plates — over the recommended load by 4 percent, doh! Granted, I’m an idiot but I still blame Conrad, my training partner, for not stopping me.

    Battle rope and rower tabata: terrible and awful.

    80/90/100/100 – after 10×3 front squat at 90kg and 10×1 strict press at 50kg.

    Tabata rows really burn.
