    Body not cooperating this morning.
    50kg snatch
    80-90kg deadlift
    70 of the most ungainly V-ups with 4 push up breaks

    40kg snatch (power then squat)

    50kg snatch grip deadlift

    70 V-ups breakdown: 35/6/8/11/10 plus 10 bonus reps and forced break pushups awarded by coach.

    75 for snatch. So close to 1 at 80!

    120kg for Deadlift

    70 v ups with 5 breaks.

    23kg snatch with the ladies bar, working to get straight in to the squat and not fear the sky falling on my head. Up to 50kg on the snatch grip deadlift, lamentably for my thumbs I used the thickest lifting bar in the gym and discovered I have really short fingers.
