Background
I have a fairly diverse sporting background having raced mountain bikes (downhill and cross country) for a number of years, as well as muay thai since 2004ish, spending the 2nd half of 2006 living and training in Thailand. I dont mind a bit of middle/long distance running having completed many 5/10/12/15km events as well as the Bangkok Marathon in 2006 and the Adelaide Marathon in 2007 with a best time of a bit over 3:30.
I’ve been training CrossFit since 2007 and affiliated in 2008, now my main focus is offering quality CrossFit training in Adelaide as well as promoting and progressing CrossFit in Adelaide & Australia (and hopefully getting myself up to a triple bodyweight deadlift along the way!)

Background
I’m someone who never had much of a sporting or athletic background until finding CrossFit. In late 2008 I was introduced to CrossFit
and it changed my ideas about fitness completely. In 2009 I attended my Level 1 certification and started training clients. Areas of special interest for me include the olympic lifts and atheltic nutrition.

Background
Started out weightlifting in the Gym when i was 18 and didn’t even notice i couldn’t run 1K! Started getting a bit more into sport playing ice hockey, mountain biking and i’ve always been a bit of a swimmer. Stated playing Aussie rules about 5 years ago and knew i needed t get a lot fitter. Started racing in a few triathlons as i thought that would get me “fit”. I had a lot of fun but i found Crossfit by accident in 2009 and haven’t looked back. FItness has increased so much from starting that now i don’t want to play footy as it takes away from time to train…
