Advanced 9th August



Ive put it up on the whiteboard as well but I want everyone that is currently in Advanced (or looking to get in there) to retest all the standards on the sheet before the end of August so I can reevaluate where everyone is at and make adjustments to the programming towards the end of the year.

You can normally knock 1 -2 off a day pretty comfortably, Ill give a few opportunities to get them done during sessions as well so if Im around maybe check with me before knocking off any of the benchmark workouts that are on there

Start of todays session will be hitting one or two of the strict, kipping, CTB, muscle up standards during the warmup

this is one of the All Stars workouts so if you can be working within your team for that it would certainly help!
