WOD 10/12/14 _overhead squat



So we have a pile of turkish getups and overhead squats on the cards, if you know you struggle with mobility with these movements we've got the solution - Yoga Classes kick off this Sunday at 9am.  These sessions are available to all CFA members.  The session is going to be a permanent addition to the timetable - as long as people get along and support it! We are open to negotiation on the time, if people give feedback on what time works for them we will adjust accordingly, come in and get limber!

Turkish Getup - 12min Heavy single

15min AMRAP
1 Overhead Squat (+1 each round)
2 Burpees (+2 each round)
