WOD 15/12/14 _thruster


This is one of those videos that you've probably seen a million of and you might know a few of the stories already but it does serve as a gentle reminder that the road to success often has more than one failure on it (its what you do as a result of that failure that counts).  If you've been working on a skill (handstand, strict pullup, campus board, double unders) and you've fallen by the wayside recently with practice  - thinking your never going to get there, this is the week to get back on track, get back on the pullup bar, get up balancing on your hands and get to work on getting awesome
