WOD 20/12/14 _party



So this morning we have Open gym at 8am, a Strength session (not advanced just anyone that wants to lift) and then our 10am Xmas Party workout followed by some BBQ n beers after.  Everyone welcome, there will be a pile of meat and some drinks provided, feel free to brink more drinks, more meat, salad and any dessert you fancy
