So we're kicking off the New Year with something new, each month we are going to have a Movement of the Month (the MoM if you will), this will be the focus movement for 4 weeks where we will do a test at the start of the month to establish a baseline and then you will work on it at least 3 times a week for the rest of the month before retesting.  Kicking off 2015 the MoM will be Pullups - this can be strict, CTB, kipping - each individual will be working from a different point and we will establish a baseline and do some goal setting today
