Definitely an area that people often neglect is preparing the brain for training/competition - the mind will take the body places it doesnt want to go... neglect it and you can find yourself putting in a subpar performance and not really know why.  Have your mental game sorted and you'll literally be achieving things with your training you didnt think possible (remember that before you kick off the row man maker workout..)
