WOD 2/2/15 _MoM - PUSHUPS



Okay its a new month and that means time for a new Movement of the Month and for February we are going to be working on the humble - PUSHUP.  We have a couple of goals within this (apart from the obvious of get better at pushups) we are going to be looking at improving the mechanics of your pushup, increasing volume of quality reps and the very last thing that we will be working on with people if they do enough on the first part is increasing difficulty - ie working towards planche type variations (note HSPU do not fall into Feb MoM territory).  Feb - Time to Push on...
