Little bit of motivation for the last part of todays session...


Final week of the CrossFit Games Open today, we'll be doing our normal Open thing Saturday and then the plan is to poss have a BBQ next weekend (which i think is Easter?) to look back on the last glorious 5 weeks (and its a chance to grill some meats.  On that we will be open for sessions over the Easter weekend, timetable will be posted here, the facebook page and via the whiteboard at the gym
