For those doing the EGSLTG Challenge, a) you should have been filling out your food diary since getting last week (and keep filling it out for a full week  b) the points based part of the Challenge commences TODAY, so you need to make a couple of mins a day to give yourself a ranking for food, sleep and training.  Also there is a new article in the Members Nutrition section talking about the importance of Protein, remember your goals and food rules can change throughout the Challenge as you get more information and as we dial in each persons diet bit by bit
