You need to do a bit of scrolling through to find the girls, but heres all the action from Day 1 at Regionals

Most of you would have caught up with the Regionals action on the weekend and know that Steph and Emma both had stellar weekends doing CFA proud.  Its been a long season of competing and training so we're planning to head out for a bit of a celebration Saturday evening and it looks like the rough plan is to head to the Wellington Hotel in North Adelaide Saturday night at around 7:30pm - everyone is welcome to come along, keep an eye on the whiteboard at the gym for exact plans and details but pencil heading out into your diary!
