Good to see everyone is getting into the Standards sheet, aim to have them all done in the next 2 weeks so we can start scheduling supplementary based around the information on there, if there arent numbers in boxes - cant write the program to fix the weaknesses! 

Ive put a link up on the Facebook page but I mentioned about the Granite Games Online Qualifier - even though I suspect most of you dont want to fly to Minnesota to compete in a competition, this is a pretty legit competition so its a good chance to get some practice in for the CrossFit Games Open, any practice you can get at going through the process is valuable (and it will give you an idea of just how you stack up and things you might need to work on) http://qualifier.thegranitegames.com/
