WOD 22/6/15 _hang snatch



Its the last week of the EGSGTG Challenge, make sure you get your points up asap so we can work out the winners, also this Saturday morning @ 8am we are going to do an end of Challenge seminar - its going to be a bit of a debrief on why the people that did well did well and why those that struggled well struggled, its also going to give you insight into how you can take what you learned (or didnt quite learn in time) from the Challenge and use it to carry on into the future (the whole point of the Challenge is to give you a lifetime of good habits).  It will also be an opportunity to ask questions general and specific related to diet and lifestyle.
