Not sure if this is a thing but someone attempts to run 800m at WR pace on a treadmill


Little bit different for todays workout and it comes courtesy of CrossFit Invictus in the US, each element is scored separately (so dont put your chipper face on and grind thru, hit each element hard)

Workout

On a continuous clock

0:00 – 1000 Meter Row

5:00 – 50 Burpees

10:00 – 30 Strict Pull-Ups

15:00 – 50 Wall Balls

20:00 – 30 Box Jump Overs

25:00 – 800 Meter Run
