Supplementary 31st August

There is another week of testing this week, Saturday showed that most people didnt get any testing at all done during the week.  Something that was covered last time we went through the testing process was that without results - I cant write supplementary programming to suit, also if you dont do any accessory working on weaknesses then they will remain weaknesses.

This week complete as many of the standards as possible that arent the workouts to the right of the sheet.  
If you think your 10min AD score was a legit 100% effort that you couldnt possibly improve on then no need to repeat it, if you arent 100% confident that it was your best effort - repeat and leave nothing on the table.  Its mental as much as physical.
