WOD 19/10/15 _recover



A lot of you had a massive day at Fit Wars XI at the Showgrounds yesterday both competing and helping out (just as exhausting).  Todays session can be done at an easy pace as a move and recover session or for those feeling fresh it can be treated as a normal training day
