WOD 29/10/15 _deadlift



Dont forget this Saturday we have a post Fit Wars and spring celebration BBQ on after the 9am class (Advanced on at 8am). We'll provide a bunch of meat and some drinks, feel free to bring some salad, any dessert and any extra meat and beverages you think might go down a treat. If you've been at the gym for ages or you've only just started - come on down and hang out with a bunch of cool people outside of a soul crushing workout scenario.
