WOD 14/12/15 _1st Day



I know around this time of year a lot of CrossFit gyms reel out some variation on the ol 12 Days of Xmas workout, we didnt want to follow the crowd and wanted to give a gift that keeps on giving so rather than just one workout for all 12 days, we have one workout a day for the next 12 days - starting with the 1st Day of Xmas - 1 heavy single
