WOD 25/1/16 _squat



We've got just a couple of weeks left in our current run of squatting before retesting - remember to keep tracking your #'s so you can make appropriate increases each week, also there will be an opportunity to retest that 1RM coming up, 5 x 5 days are not the day to go for a 1RM (even if you are feeling good...).

Also tomorrow is a Public Holiday (the most patriotic one of all) so there will just be the 9am class running in the morning, all classes back to normal from Wednesday.
