WOD 1/2/16 _last squat



This is the last week of the squat cycle, there will be a back off week before retesting the following week so enjoy todays 80% delights.  Also the Movement of the Month returns for 2016 tomorrow, we've got the first part of the year all sorted but if you have something you would like to see featured as Movement of the Month let us know and we'll try to accommodate later in the year
