Its that Open time of the week again and this week its an absolute cracker - it could last 4min or it could last 20min. During the classes there will be a warmup and heavy technical clean component and for the workout there will be few options on the table - it can be done as rx'd or heavily modified to squeeze a bit more of a workout of it.
Gym will also be available from 8am-9am for those looking to get a judged score (and want to beat a bit of the heat), also from 10am for throwing down - as this one is a bit more logistically friendly we will be able to spend a bit more time between heats (and run bigger ones as well) - time to party!

Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.
If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.
